This is an example of a menu for one of my cook sessions in which I prepare a week's or more worth of food.

Remember all menus are customized to your tastes and you approve all menus.

Grilled Chicken with Basil Dressing

Grilled chicken breast drizzled with a light lemony basil dressing.
Orzo Salad

Orzo pasta with garbanzo beans, red onions, cherry tomatoes, basil and mint. Tossed with a red wine vinaigrette.
Glazed Carrots

Cooked carrots with a lightly sweetened glaze.

Bourbon Blackjack Burger

Grilled hamburgers topped with crushed black pepper, burbon mustard and pepper jack cheese.
Grilled Onion Salad

Grilled onions tossed with lettuce and balsamic vinaigrette.

Texican Shredded Pork

Spicy Tomato Sauce, Cheese and Shredded Pork filled Flour Tortilla Burritos
Mexicali Rice

Spanish flavored brown rice with onion and green or red bell pepper.

Chicken Cacciatore

Chicken pieces sauted in tomatoes, green bell pepper, garlic and onions.
Smashed Parmesan Potatoes

Chunky mashed red potatoes with a hint of parmesan cheese.
